Return & Refund Policy – Infixmart
At Infixmart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for both prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not as described on the website
Important:
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- In unused, original condition
- Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
- Accompanied by a complete unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened
Note: The unboxing video is mandatory for processing damage or wrong item claims. Returns without video proof may be rejected.
2. Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders
- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet) within 3–7 working days after successful pickup and quality check.
- Return pickup is free (in serviceable pin codes).
- If pickup is unavailable, we will ask you to courier the item to our add
- ress and reimburse the shipping cost upon receipt (with valid proof).
3. Refund Policy for COD Orders
- COD returns will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID only.
- Refunds are processed within 3 working days after product pickup and successful quality check.
- You must provide your UPI ID or bank details when requested.
- Multiple COD cancellations or fake return claims may result in order restrictions or account suspension.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement from your account d
- ashboard or by contacting support.
- COD users who frequently cancel may have COD access disabled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, epilators)
- Innerwear or undergarments
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
6. Delivery Failure Guarantee
If your order is not delivered due to any reason from our side, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked.
